Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve quality meals for residents, including those with special diet needs.
• Follow menu program or approved substitutes to meet nutritional needs and preferences.
• Ensure attractive plate presentation for residents.
• Assist in planning and coordinating special events for marketing and activities.
• Monitor and address resident concerns and preferences.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and rights.
• Follow infection control procedures and standard precautions.
• Complete state-required training on hire and annually.
