Freedom Village at Brandywine in Coatesville, PA is seeking a skilled Cook with a hospitality-driven approach to join our Culinary Services team. You’ll lead hands-on food production and bring creativity, consistency, and care to every dish, while supporting menu execution and dietary compliance for residents.

Pay starts at $18–$20/hour, based on experience. A culinary degree or formal training and 2–5 years in a high-volume kitchen are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or senior living).
• Strong understanding of dietary requirements and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on food production with creativity, consistency and care.
• Assist in menu execution, dietary compliance and enhancing the dining experience for residents.
• Prepare and present meals meeting high culinary and dietary standards.
• Collaborate on daily prep and service, maintain sanitation and kitchen organization.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and uphold hospitality standards.
