Village on the Park Plano, an Assisted Living with Memory Care senior community, is seeking cooks who bring passion for cooking and joy to residents. You will prepare a variety of meals, adhere to dietary needs, and ensure top quality while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Full-time roles require Thursday through Monday shifts, weekend and holiday availability. Pay ranges from $18 to $19 per hour, with benefits and opportunities to grow within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Team player with effective oral and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; culinary school training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to recipes.
• Adhere to residents' dietary needs and restrictions.
• Monitor temperature, taste, and quality; ensure presentation and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen and proper documentation.
