Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc is seeking a Cook to prepare meals for residents in a Sunrise Senior Living community. You will follow standardized recipes, ensure quality and presentation, and accommodate dietary modifications.

You will also maintain a safe, clean kitchen and assist with dishwashing and dining service as needed. This role requires adherence to food safety and OSHA guidelines, accurate record-keeping of production quantities and temperatures, and the ability to lead production in

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
