Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living Frisco is seeking a part-time Cook to prepare meals for residents in Frisco, TX, following standardized recipes and menus while ensuring safety and quality.

You will handle dietary modifications, record temperatures, stock and rotate food, and keep the kitchen clean and organized. You’ll support dining service, assist with dishwashing, and may lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus.
• Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements.
• Record production quantities and food safety temperatures.
• Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations.
• Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas.
• Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines.
• Support dishwashing and dining service as needed.
• Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator.
