Job summary

DMK Development, an industry-leading construction and real-estate development firm, seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent for projects in Fishers, IN. You will lead field operations, manage schedules, and maintain safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi-family construction, reads plans well, and communicates effectively with diverse teams. Travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading construction projects, especially in senior living, healthcare, and multifamily sectors.
• Demonstrate strong safety knowledge and values.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and mobile tools (iPad).
• Willing to travel nationally to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to closeout and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and prepare daily field status reports.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and the support team to complete all aspects of the project.
• Perform quality control reviews and take corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate inspections with authorities and manage materials and vendor deliveries.
