MBK Senior Living in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Concierge to welcome residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. You will support sales inquiries, tours, and ensure a smooth experience for guests, residents, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background clearance, health screening and TB test results within 7 days of employment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor are essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and prospects with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Direct inquiries, tours, and coordinate with team to ensure positive interactions.
• Answer calls promptly and provide accurate information or route to the right person.
• Assist residents and families with requests and coordinate with departments as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities and events to share with guests.
