Job summary

Solstice at Normandy Park is seeking a friendly Concierge/Server to support residents and guests in a warm, welcoming community. The schedule requires Sunday through Saturday coverage with shifts from 10:30am to 7:00pm, offering flexibility across part-time and full-time hours.

In this role you will answer phones, greet residents, relay messages, help coordinate appointments, and assist with dining-related tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years customer service experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and perform reception duties.
• Take messages and relay to the intended recipient.
• Greet residents and visitors; provide directions.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts.
• Update daily Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In/Move-Out Register; sign-in logs.
• Schedule appointments for residents and family members.
• Maintain desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distribute mail to residents and coordinators.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
