Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet elders, families and visitors in person and on the phone
• Answer calls, take messages and provide information
• Support Life Enrichment, Marketing and accounting tasks as needed
• Monitor lobby area to maintain a neat, inviting environment
• Receive and send packages; assist residents with questions
