The Residence at Westport, operated by LCB Senior Living, is hiring a part-time Concierge in Westport, CT. The role includes weekend shifts and supports residents with information, reservations, and engagement activities to enrich daily living.

Expect professional interaction with residents, families, and staff; you will coordinate tasks, answer phones, and assist with events while representing the community’s friendly, service-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6–12 months concierge/reception experience in upscale settings.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of basic telephone reception systems and courteous handling of calls.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and relay messages promptly.
• Assist residents with needs and coordinate with other departments.
• Promote activities and services to enhance occupancy and satisfaction.
• Provide information, directions, and personalized recommendations.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Six months to one-year concierge/reception experience

Strong English communication
