Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office for daily tasks.
• Clear English communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and staff warmly.
• Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Address inquiries promptly with empathy and discretion.
• Log and coordinate package distribution as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to promote effective communication.
• Monitor access using kiosk sign-in and respond to emergencies per policy.
• Schedule transportation, arrange resident trips and event reservations.
• Record work orders in an electronic system.
• Maintain an organized workspace to support efficiency.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
