True Connection Communities is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our senior living community in Clinton Township, MI. The role acts as ambassador, greeting residents, families, and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality.

As a part-time floater, you will answer calls, screen visitors, assist with tours, handle mail, and support administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, is self-motivated, and available for flexible hours including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with the public.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and written skills.
• Experience with a multi-line phone system.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive first impression to visitors.
• Answer and screen phone calls professionally.
• Greet visitors courteously.
• Maintain lobby area scent and music per policy.
• Sign in visitors at hospitality desk.
• Assist with clerical duties and office supply inventory.
• Update emergency contact information and logs.
• Support managers with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate RSVP for events and transportation.
• Provide community information and tours.
