Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Concierge to enhance resident and family experiences in our Florida community. You will be the first point of contact, coordinate services, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment.

This PRN position offers varied shifts (7a-3p, 3p-7p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, 7p-11p) and requires strong communication, time management, and a customer-service mindset; driver license preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role.
• 1–2 years working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for residents, families, guests, and staff, delivering personalized solutions.
• Answer phone calls promptly, relay information, and take detailed messages.
• Coordinate services for residents and families (dry cleaning, groceries, transportation, reservations).
• Follow up after services to confirm satisfaction.
• Greet new residents and provide concierge information.
