Rose Glen Manor is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, coordinate transportation and reservations, and help with daily requests. You will act as a central point of contact for residents and staff, ensuring a warm, efficient environment.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism with seniors and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills required.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Proficiency with office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and provide assistance with inquiries and directions.
• Offer a range of concierge services including arranging transportation, reservations, and errands.
• Serve as central contact for residents and staff, sharing timely information about events and activities.
• Maintain a high level of customer service so residents feel valued and supported.
• Perform light administrative tasks, scheduling, logs, and check-in/check-out support.
• Assist with event coordination and community activities to engage residents.
• Address concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring quick resolution and safety.
