The Blair Memory Care Center of Cary is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct care to residents and support the nursing team in daily living activities. You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, and promote residents' dignity and independence in a safe environment.

Ideal candidates have a CNA certification, strong interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents with eating, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Monitor vital signs and observe health changes; report to nursing staff.
• Provide resident engagement through companionship and activities.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized environment; follow infection control.
