Discovery Management Group is seeking a friendly Concierge for our Des Plaines community to welcome residents and guests, manage front-desk operations, and support resident services.

This PART-TIME role on Sundays 6am-3pm, with potential weekday shifts, requires strong communication, organization, and a professional demeanor; you will maintain records, assist with scheduling, and help create a warm, organized environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen telephone calls and greet residents and guests.
• Maintain front desk area and organize sign-in sheets and mail.
• Support resident services and coordinate appointments and transportation as needed.
• Prepare meal tickets and assist with day-to-day operations to ensure a welcoming environment.
