The Ashton at the Greens, a Sonida Senior Living community in Saint Augustine, FL, is seeking a Concierge for full-time and part-time shifts to support administration and resident services.

You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail flow, coordinate deliveries, and assist residents with information and directions in a friendly, professional manner. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual.
• Greets and directs visitors to the community.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Resolving customer questions and concerns.
