Job summary

MacDonald Property Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Silverleaf Senior Apartments in Rockport, TX. The role oversees on-site staff, directs leasing and marketing efforts, and drives budget planning to maximize NOI.

The ideal candidate will manage resident relations, ensure lease compliance, and coordinate vendor contracts while maintaining market-ready units and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Must have strong financial management skills and be well versed in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to work effectively and lead the community staff in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
• Solid multi-tasking skills along with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and lead leasing and marketing activities.
• Develop yearly operating and capital budget plans and monitor expenses.
• Ensure property and unit conditions meet market standards.
• Manage resident relations and ensure timely rent collection and lease compliance.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and safety/compliance with company policies.
