Astoria Senior Living, an Agemark community in Omaha, NE, seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations with a servant leadership approach, building strong teams and delivering exceptional resident experiences.

You will drive occupancy above 95%, oversee budgeting, staffing, and compliance, partner with nursing for care planning, and cultivate a safe, dignified environment for residents and families, while upholding Agemark standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in healthcare, business, nursing, geriatrics, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing staff and a budget is required.
• Strong integrity, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with technology including social media and day-to-day computer use.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example on company values, priorities, and objectives; walk the community daily to stay connected to every department.
• Hire, train, and supervise a successful team; mentor department heads.
• Drive staff growth through coaching, development plans, recognition, and effective communication.
• Lead daily stand-ups, weekly leadership meetings, and monthly staff and safety meetings.
• Foster a safe, positive work environment for all associates; address performance issues fairly.
