Astoria Senior Living, part of the Agemark Senior Living family, seeks an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations in Omaha, NE. You will drive a high-performing team, ensure superior resident care, and steer occupancy and financial health with a servant-leader approach.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare/business experience, budget responsibility, and strong communication skills to cultivate a caring community and strong community partnerships.

Formación

• Must have degree in healthcare, business, nursing, geriatrics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years managing staff and a budget.
• Proven integrity, sound judgment and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example, hire/train and supervise a strong team.
• Partner with families and staff to deliver excellent resident care.
• Own occupancy goals and drive sales, marketing and outreach.
• Build and manage the annual community budget and control costs.
