Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities in Oklahoma is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide basic care and assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and meals. The CNA collaborates with the nursing team to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living environment is preferred.
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant or State Trained Nursing Assistant depending on state regulations.
• Maintain CPR/First Aid certification per state regulations.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s Disease, other dementias and related memory impairments is preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to work as a team.
• Able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to residents and assist with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, mobility).
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, housekeeping, laundry.
• Support social-recreational activities and meal services.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, residents and families to promote well-being.
