Job summary

Primrose Retirement Communities seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. The CNA will support daily living activities, assist with hygiene, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping, while engaging residents in social and recreational activities.

The role requires a current CNA certification, ability to work weekends/holidays on a rotating basis, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification maintained as per state regulations.
• Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care to residents and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with hygiene, dressing, and daily routines.
• Support residents with meals, housekeeping, laundry, and social-recreational activities.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure resident well-being.
