Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporate Office is seeking an experienced Nursing Leader to oversee care delivery across Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. You will ensure appropriate care levels and collaborate with families to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires an active RN/LPN license, a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, and 3+ years in senior housing or long-term care. Occasional travel between communities and onboarding of staff are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN/LPN license required; CEU maintenance may be required.
• 3+ years of experience in a Senior Housing or long-term care environment.
• Multi-state license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee/assist with the delivery of care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents to meet emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs.
• Ensure residents are at appropriate levels of care in collaboration with residents, families and the Community.
• Develop and monitor documentation systems for assessments and service plans to meet regulatory timeframes.
• Review survey readiness/PSR binder and verify Community compliance.
• Complete mock surveys as indicated and assess potential residents for level of care.
• Assist with onboarding of New ALD/Community Team members and plan staff training programs.

Salary Rate: $110,000/year

• Directly oversee/assist with the delivery of care to Assisted Living/Memory Care residents to ensure that emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs are met through all program services and activities.
• Work with residents, families and Community to ensure that residents are at appropriate levels of care.
• Develop and/or monitor documentation systems to ensure that all regulatory timeframes for review of assessments and service plans are met and that resident needs are met.
• Review and monitor survey readiness/PSR binder and verify that the Community is in compliance.
• Complete mock surveys as indicated.
• Assess potential residents for assisted living/Memory Care level of care.
• Assist with onboarding of New ALD’s/Community Team members.
• Plan and schedule staff training programs and in-services for the Assisted Living/LC staff as indicated.
• Assist with the oversight of clinical operations of communities.
• Work closely with the operations and clinical staff within the communities.
• Ensure that the care provided to our residents exceeds operational standards and is in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Travel among multiple SLC communities is required.
• Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
