Job summary

Pinnacle Senior Living in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the Wellness department and ensure a safe, homelike environment for residents. This role requires current RN/LPN/LVN licensure and prior senior living experience.

You will supervise the Wellness team, coordinate with primary care providers, and uphold infection control and regulatory standards. Occasional cross-site collaboration may be required as part of Pennant Services network.

Qualifications

• Current RN, LPN, or LVN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Wellness department to maintain a safe, homelike environment for residents.
• Hire, train, and supervise the Wellness team.
• Ensure infection control and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with residents’ primary care providers and other health services.
• May assume Executive Director responsibilities in the absence of leadership.
