Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Director of Health and Wellness to lead the clinical program across Assisted Living facilities. You will direct nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the clinical budget while driving high-quality resident care and safety.

The role requires active RN/LPN/LVN licensure, EMR/EHR proficiency, and a proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Direct clinical oversight and leadership of health and wellness programs.
• Ability to schedule and lead resident care conferences with families and staff.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and regulatory compliance in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of care to Assisted Living residents to meet emotional, physical, psychological, and safety needs.
• Coordinate care conferences with families; liaise between residents, families, and staff.
• Manage labor costs, supplies, and clinical budget items; monitor regulatory timelines and care plans.
• Assess residents for level of care and provide orientation for new residents.
• Provide staff training and ensure required regulatory trainings are completed.
