Job summary

The role includes direct resident care as a Personal Care Aide at least two days weekly, with strong organizational skills and knowledge of medical terminology required.

Qualifications

• Maintains medical records and census information.
• Coordinates communication between residents, families and healthcare staff.
• Creates lab requests and logs daily results.
• Updates admissions with resident information for system entry.
• Provides resident care as a PCA at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintains medical records of each resident; prints POS during rounds.
• Updates resident and family information for admissions and records.
• Completes lab requests and logs daily lab draws.
• Answers resident call lights and assists with mobility and dining.
• Provide PCA care at least two days per week.
