You will guide your team, mentor clinicians, and partner with community leadership to advance the EmpowerMe 360 model, focusing on resident engagement, safety, and quality of life.

• License in PT/OT/SLP required or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical, occupational, or speech therapy while guiding your team in high‑quality care.
• Mentor clinicians and support their clinical development.
