You will guide daily operations, mentor clinicians, and build trusted relationships with residents and community leadership to ensure seamless care and strong program participation.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• Desire to lead, connect, and be visible in the community.

• Provide therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor and support clinicians to grow in their skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services for a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
