Job summary

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Clinic Director to lead care delivery in our senior living communities. You will guide your therapy team, forge trusted relationships, and ensure residents receive active, independent, and well-coordinated services.

You’ll mentor clinicians, partner with community leadership, and drive program development within EmpowerMe 360 to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current professional license in your therapy discipline (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP).
• Leadership or mentorship experience (formal or informal).
• Experience leading a team, program, or clinical initiatives preferred.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills with a collaborative spirit.
• A desire to lead, connect, and be visible in your community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services while leading your team in delivering high-quality care.
• Mentor clinicians and help them grow in clinical skills and confidence.
• Partner with community leadership to implement the EmpowerMe 360 model.
• Build relationships that drive resident engagement, program participation, and enrollment.
• Coordinate care across therapy, wellness, and medical services for a seamless resident experience.
• Lead and support team performance, scheduling, and day-to-day clinic operations.
• Contribute to program development and quality improvement.
