Legacy Village of Provo is seeking an experienced Chef to elevate meals for our senior residents. You will lead kitchen operations, mentor culinary staff, and help design menus that balance taste, nutrition, and presentation.

The role emphasizes high-volume service, adherence to food safety standards, and collaboration with culinary leadership to deliver consistent quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead kitchen teams and manage services.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high-quality meals using standardized recipes and ensure presentation.
• Own daily kitchen operations with increasing independence.
• Assist with menu planning, development, and resident-focused options.
• Ensure menus meet nutritional requirements and dietary needs.
• Monitor production for quality, temperature, and service timing.
• Maintain clean, sanitary kitchen and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate meal production with schedules and meals served on time.
