Job summary

Lifespark Senior Living—Carver Ridge in Minnesota is seeking a Chef/Cook to prepare meals per resident diets, while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will support tray accuracy, kitchen cleanliness, and proper food storage in a friendly, resident-focused team environment.

The schedule is every Wednesday and every 4th weekend, 2pm–7pm, with hourly pay between $17.50 and $22.50 depending on experience. Lifespark offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a senior living setting preferred.
• Must relate professionally and cooperatively with residents, families, and staff.
• Advanced computer skills including email use are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve foods per menus, diets, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Check trays for diet accuracy and dietary requirements.
• Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
• Review diet changes and update menus accordingly.
