Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Cook to join our team in the United States. You will prepare hot and cold menu items, working on the grill, sauté station, salad-bar and service line to deliver high-quality meals for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper preparation, portion control, and serving as per recipes, plus tasting to ensure quality and palatability. Weekend and evening availability is required; full-time opportunities with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Senior Living, restaurants, catering, or banquets preferred.
• Experience with production methods, portion control and food handling safety required.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold menu items on grill, sauté, salad-bar and service line.
• Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving according to menu cycle and recipes.
• Taste and assess food quality and palatability.
