Taylor Community is seeking motivated carpentry professionals to join our team across campuses between Wolfeboro and Laconia. You will handle remodeling, kitchens, baths, flooring, windows, decks, additions, and full-scale renovations in residents' homes with emphasis on respect and care.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, framing, finishing, tools operation, and complying with building codes. We value punctuality, professionalism, and teamwork in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of carpentry experience.
• Experience working in resident homes or healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Measure, cut, shape, and join wood materials for framing.
• Repair existing frames and structures.
• Apply finishes like drywall, paneling, and trim to frameworks.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and carpentry equipment.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and clients.
• Construct structures in compliance with building codes and regulations.
