Job summary

TANDEM LIVING is seeking a Renovations Technician for Woodcrest Villa in Lancaster, PA. This full-time role operates 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with an on-call rotation, performing renovation and carpentry tasks while adhering to company standards and all applicable codes.

Responsibilities include planning projects, obtaining materials, completing work orders, and maintaining doors, windows, and fixtures. A PA driver’s license is required and on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Additional training in kitchen and bathroom demolition, as well as flooring installation and removal, is required.
• A valid PA driver's license with at least two (2) consecutive years of driving experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures high-quality carpentry and renovation services are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Demonstrates working knowledge and skills in carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Completes work orders, minor renovation projects, and preventive maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintains and repairs doors, door hardware, locks/keys, and windows.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with residents and/or their family members regarding maintenance work.
