UNITED LIVING COMMUNITY in Brookings, SD is seeking a Full Time Carpenter to perform carpentry, repair, installation, and general maintenance throughout the facility, ensuring safety and functionality for residents, staff, and visitors. On-call rotation included to support after-hours needs.

Full Time

Monday-Friday 11-730pm with an on call rotation

The Carpenter is responsible for performing carpentry,repair, installation, and general maintenance duties throughout the facility toensure the building, resident rooms, common areas, and grounds are maintainedin a safe, functional, and attractive condition. This position supports thecomfort, safety, and well-being of residents, staff, and visitors while helpingmaintain compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, andlong-term care facility requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous carpentry, construction, building maintenance, orrelated experience required.

Knowledge of carpentry techniques, building materials, handtools, and power tools.

Experience working in a healthcare, nursing home, orassisted living environment is preferred.
