Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a compassionate Senior Living Caregiver for the NOC shift to support residents in our Sunshine Villa community. Full-time and part-time positions available with competitive pay and benefits.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, manage medications as allowed by state, and complete daily progress notes. CNAs or equivalent certification preferred; CPR/First Aid within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Current caregiver training/certification as specified by the state agency or the ability to obtain.
• A CNA license or two years of previous experience as a caregiver.
• Ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
• Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
• Complete progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed (chart by exception).
