Qualifications

• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred (Massachusetts).
• Assisted Living, Memory Care, or home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide safety checks.
• Support mobility and toileting needs.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Follow care plans and document services provided.
• Provide calm, reassuring resident support.
• Collaborate with nursing and care team.

Your Role

As a Caregiver/HHA/CNA, you are a key support provider ensuring residents remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for during your shift

Key Responsibilities
