Charter Senior Living in Greenfield, IN is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to join our team. The role focuses on assisting residents with daily living activities in assisted living and memory care settings, delivering dignified, person-centered care with a commitment to enhancing quality of life.

We offer competitive pay of $18.50-$19.50/hr, flexible scheduling, and robust benefits.

Formación

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable and patient demeanor required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and care for seniors.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support care plans and individualized needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.

As a Caregiver, you are one of the main support providers for our residents and play a vital role in helping them maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Caregivers provide hands‑on support to residents within our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care neighborhoods while building meaningful relationships through compassionate care and daily interaction.
