Belmont Village Senior Living in Rancho Santa Fe is launching a new Assisted Living community and seeking dependable care professionals to join our team. You will help provide compassionate daily living support to residents and contribute to a vibrant, hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clear English communication (verbal and written).
• Experience as a caregiver or in related healthcare setting.
• Ability to use company-issued electronic devices for job-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living for residents.
• Promote socialization and participation in activities while ensuring safety.
• Document daily care and report changes to supervisors.
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care as needed.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in interactions.
