Charter Senior Living in Baltimore, MD is seeking a caring CNA / Caregiver to support residents in Assisted Living or Memory Care, delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

You will assist with activities of daily living, support care plans, and build meaningful relationships with residents and families, while collaborating with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for serving seniors and enhancing quality of life

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day
