Charter Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to join our team. You will assist residents with daily activities, provide companionship, and support care plans in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Document care and services provided.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership.
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day.
