Charter Senior Living- Pikesville, MD is hiring a Caregiver / Resident Care Associate to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Starting pay between $16-$17/hr, with opportunities for growth and paid training.

You will assist with activities of daily living, support care plans, help with mobility and personal care, and provide companionship while keeping residents safe, comfortable, and engaged. We value compassion, teamwork, and reliable, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, or senior living experience preferred.
• Assisted living or memory care experience a plus.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient demeanor.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support resident care plans and individualized needs
• Assist with mobility, transfers, dressing, grooming, and bathing
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Document care and services provided
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and community leadership
• Help create meaningful experiences for residents each day
