Candidates should be 18+ with prior experience with seniors preferred and strong communication and customer service skills to ensure the comfort and safety of residents.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas.
• Helping residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety.
• Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed.
• Engaging residents in life skills and other life enrichment activities.
