Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (physical and TB).
• Vaccination, daily screening and PPE may be required per regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity.
• Report changes in condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for all staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
