Job summary

Integral Senior Living, a leading senior care provider in California, seeks a Resident Care Coordinator to support the Director of Health & Wellness in promoting optimal resident care and department efficiency across Assisted Living and Memory Care units.

You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate care plans, and participate in staff development and training while maintaining a safe, welcoming community for residents and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• LVN license preferred.
• Experience providing residential care to the elderly or dementia care advantageous.
• Supervisory experience in health-related field desired.

Responsibilities

• Ensure provision of resident care aligned with federal and state policies.
• Interview, hire, evaluate and supervise department staff as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to meet department standards and budget.
• Oversee staff education and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Coordinate resident assessments, documentation and care plans.
• Assist with medication coordination and infection control programs.
• Promote safety and maintain a secure environment for residents and staff.
