Job summary

JFS Housing Inc. seeks an Organized Assisted Living Supervisor to lead the Deerwood Crossing RCAC team and ensure high-quality resident care. You will coordinate daily activities, supervise Resident Assistants, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, medication administration oversight, and on-call coverage. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential, with background checks required.

Qualifications

• LPN license with 2 years of LPN experience and 2 years managing a team.
• 5-7 years of manager experience in lieu of licensure.
• Associates Degree required.
• CBRF certification, or ability to become certified, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Deerwood assisted living programs, ensuring high standards of resident care and safety.
• Update and monitor individualized care plans with the Director of Assisted Living and RN.
• Supervise direct care staff, including recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
