Commonwealth Senior Living in Bristol, CT is hiring a Resident Care Associate (RCA) to support residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care. The role includes daily activities, care plan implementation, documentation, and fostering a dignified, high-quality life for residents.

Requires compassion, teamwork, and adherence to company values. The RCA participates in safety, infection control, and ongoing training, with shifts 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am and pay in the $21-$23 per hour range.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient care ethos.
• Flexibility to cover shifts including weekends.
• Proficient in basic communication and documentation.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist residents with daily tasks and monitoring.
• Aid residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
• Perform routine rounds to meet individual care plans.
• Document daily care activities according to policy.
• Report resident issues promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment adhering to infection control.
