Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: assist elders with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitor health and document changes for Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage in social and recreational activities with residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, team members and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness with light housekeeping.
