Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a caregiver to assist with daily living activities, follow ISP plans, and promote safety and independence for residents. You will engage residents, support dining, and maintain a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes communication with families and care leaders, with opportunities to create enriching experiences in Memory Care and participate in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
