Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, understand and communicate in English at a 12th grade proficiency.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional in appearance and conduct.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions and apply problem-solving skills.
• Criminal background check required.
• Healthy and physically/mentally able to perform tasks; TB test may be required.
